By providing real estate development services and niche funding program expertise Front Door Development enables communities to develop and own their own housing and energy infrastructure. We also provide technical assistance for navigating and optimizing various housing and sustainability funding opportunities including U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Public Housing repositioning programs, Low Income Housing Tax Credits and solar Investment Tax Credits.
